About us
Elevated Development is a residential development company based in Jersey City. Saeed Hammond and Christopher Delgado founded it in July 2012 with one idea: build homes that elevate the neighborhood.
Since then Elevated has completed 33 projects and 62 units across New Jersey. That includes ground-up condominiums and two-family homes, plus full gut renovations of single-family houses. Those projects add up to $25.7M in total project costs and $42M in sales.
We stay small on purpose. The same people find the lot, plan the building, run the job and walk the buyer through at the end.
What we stand for
We're on the job every week. Problems get solved on site, not over email.
Every design starts with the street it sits on: what's missing, what buyers want, and what will still look right in 20 years.

Founders & principals
Saeed leads acquisitions, development and construction at Elevated. He also owns Levantus Lending Partners, a private lender for real estate investors, so he knows both sides of a deal: the build and the capital behind it.
Christopher co-founded Elevated in 2012 and is a principal on every project. He works side by side with Saeed from the first site walk through construction and the final sale.
